The public service name is still being tested. The proposed scope is bounded: one decision question, one context, proportionate methods, traceable evidence and accountable human review.
Evidence status: delivery-designed and not yet validated through a client engagement. A first conversation is a fit discussion, not commencement of work or evidence intake.

A useful boundary names the decision question, organizational context, observation window, intended use, evidence authority and stop conditions. Workflow, network, information-flow and other methods are selected only when they fit the question.
