The inspected static candidate has no contact form, user account, advertising tracker or analytics integration. Hosting infrastructure may process technical request data needed to deliver and protect the site; live configuration must be verified before publication.
Initial email inquiry
Use email only for a high-level decision question and organizational boundary. Names are unnecessary. Do not send confidential, personal, client-identifying or sensitive operational material. Initial inquiries are reviewed by Hugo at [email protected]
Initial inquiry emails are retained while the conversation is active. Inactive inquiries are deleted after 90 days unless the conversation continues or a legal or accounting obligation requires retention. Hugo owns the periodic deletion review. Infrastructure-provider backups and request logs follow the applicable provider retention policies. Later evidence intake requires a separately agreed client-data boundary.
